Had to have a new AC and heat pump installed, including the duct work. The technicians were very polite, answered all our questions, and were respectful of our space and belongings. It was a lot of work for them to do this in our older house, but they were able to complete all of the work in the time they estimated. Kimble did A+++ work. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Blake arrived as scheduled and immediately set to work to determine the cause of our 16 year old water heater’s recent leak. Definitely time to replace! He expertly went about preparing the old water heater for removal while awaiting the delivery of the new one. His installation was smoothly and efficiently performed. I have had many wonderful encounters with Knights Mechanical. All of the workers I have come in contact with have been very professional and helpful. I have been having issues with my kitchen sink and both of my bath tubs. One worker in particular, Paul, was so helpful and absolutely wonderful when he came to fix my problems. Sadly we weren’t able to fix one bath tub without having to gut it. But he took the measures to make sure that could happen so I wouldn’t have the same issues over again. He got the kitchen sink and other bath tub fixed and even gave me pointers to help me not to continuously have this problem. He was wonderful and very caring and willing to help me in any way he could. I always enjoy when Knights comes out to fix my drains and also my AC unit. You guys have awesome workers that you should be so proud of!!!!

I was very happy with the service your technician Doug provided. It became clear to me very early that Doug was very knowledgeable and skilled. He installed a turn off valve to a water supply line so we could complete the hook up of our new refrigerator. He then helped to move the refrigerator and hook it up. I highly recommend Doug. Daniel S. From Knight's Mechanical is the real MVP. When our system went down after a winter storm Daniel braved the poor road conditions and was here within the hour. He identified the issue and resolved it with a temporary fix within 20 minutes so my little one and I are warm again. He showed me what to be on the lookout for to avoid similar issues in the future with winter weather and scheduled to come back to update our system with a permanent fix asap.
