Jace C. Is a fine young man. He worked liked a Trojan on installing our water heater. I felt sorry for him because he was there so long. Job really was a 2 man job with needing to work the under the house overflow. He stayed with it and completed the install. Definitely an asset to the company.

I was in over my head with trying to do some repairs. What I would have never finished Paul came in and did in two hours. He’s always pleasant and works fast. I know they get paid by the hour and he works every minute. Always appreciate the professional care and cleanliness of the job.
Paul was very friendly. He did a great job installing a faucet and fixing some other plumbing issues we had around the house. He cleaned up super well.
I find the billing totally unacceptable. The technician arrived at 12:15 but he said he got here at noon. He assessed the problem but did not have the part on his truck and called E’town for them to deliver the part. They did not have one and said they had to get one from supply. It was 3:10 when he said he had the part. I would estimate it took about 1to 1 and a half to get the part. He finished the job at 4:00. He said he would deduct 30 min from the bill but that was all he could do. It is not my fault that the company does not carry the needed parts on the truck to do the job. I should not have to pay for time in 30 min increments while waiting for needed parts to be delivered. As a consequence I called Knight’s and told them to remove us from their customer list as I will no longer use them for our plumbing needs.

The technician was very, very nice. However, his initial diagnosis of the problem was incorrect. I questioned it because the vibration in the wall was on the other side of the house from the water pressure intake valve which was his initial diagnosis. After his supervisor diagnosed the problem I was asked if I wanted the new pressure valve removed. I did not feel comfortable in having that new valve removed since he had to cut pipe to install it. I was charged for all of that. I feel some compensation for the wrong diagnosis should have been made.
Technician arrived on time, he was pleasant & professional. Completed the job in a timely Manor. Answered my guestions & left my kitchen clean.
I work for a decent sized property management company and have recently started using Knights for HVAC services in the Bowling Green area. The tech, Dustin, that I usually deal with for my calls is top notch. He communicates, answers questions, and is responsive to any "oddball" requests that I may throw at him. Kudos to him, Hayden, and Steven out of the Glasgow office. The ladies in the office in Etown are pretty awesome too. I'm sure the techs in Etown are just as on point, I just haven't had any interaction with them.

I have had preventative maintenance (pm) contacted with Knights for years. I paid extra for the service for them to come out twice a year to service heating and air. They use to call me to schedule my PM. Now with new owners and management they do not call. The company has lost the customer support mentality and now is about making money.

Orry was awesome! Very professional and went above and beyond to make sure our issue was resolved! Very impressed that he even cleaned up the area to include cleaning shower floor where water had backed up.
I am so glad that I called to have a plumber come out and install a new commode since I was having some problems with prior work done on installing the old one. Vince was so reassuring as to the rather simple problem and gave me several ways that we could go in order to get it fixed. After making my decision which was to get the full professional install rather than a "fixit remedy" that would also hold for many years, he went to work and made sure everything was done to perfection and I was thrilled to have my commode installed and working the way it should. He and Dustin were just great and although totally professional, completely knowledgeable, they were very personable too. I cannot than those two men for assisting an old lady that was really stressed out over this toilet. If I have any plumbing problems or repairs in the future rest assured, I will be requesting Vince and/or Dustin. By the way, I still cannot get over how tall Dustin is! Knight's Mechanical has never let me down in the 25 years or so that we have been using them for both plumbing and heating/ac. I would never call anyone else and these two men are two of the reasons why. Service is excellent and technicians definitely know their stuff!
I have used Knights mechanical for HVAC repairs and new installation. Josh and Clayton have serviced my equipment several times. They are quick, knowledgeable and professional.
Jace C is a polite and earnest young man. I would expect no less from a gentleman from Bee Spring. He repaired the plumbing with my sump pump and methodically approached analyzing the functioning of my water heater.
Update (01/24/2024): Knights visited the office today and cleared two badly plugged drains. They work excellent now. Jace was an excellent tech. Very happy with work.Prior review: The outdoor unit at my office in Etown failed on a day that is 95+ degrees. Knights Mechanical arrived at our office very quickly and troubleshooted the issue and got the unit working again. Everyone here at McDowell Stromatt & Associates is very thankful. Excellent work. I called and boom they were here. My washer hoses were old and started leaking. It took longer to move the washer than it took to fix. You guys never let me down.

Aaron arrived early & set right to work. He listened to everything my husband had tried to do to fix the problem on his own. He offered us multiple options & was patient as we researched every one.With Aaron’s help we were able to limp thru a few days wait for a part to be shipped enabling us to save the cost of a total replacement.
Aaron also arrived in a timely manner & as I had both plumbing and HVAC work being done at the same time, it was a pleasant surprise to be able to get both teams scheduled so close together. After I briefed Aaron on what I wanted & needed, he explained to me what he would do to get me what I wanted. I needed a bathroom sink replaced and a whole house water filter system installed I had the sink and water filter already, gave them to him and he went to work. Aaron did a great job and in timely fashion, even after dealing with challenges of old pax lines & drains not lining up. Aaron was very professional and his skillful knowledge allowed him to complete the two tasks in short order. Again this type of professional way of doing business is one of the main reasons I continue to call Knight’s Mechanical for my service needs. I would buy Aaron lunch for sure. Great job Aaron
Doug was great! I needed a gas leak repaired and a pressure test done. Doug was early, had everything needed to do the test and repair. Was efficient, and explained everything. I’ve been calling all around to have the repair done to have people over charge, show up late and not even have the tools needed. It’s a great relief to find a reliable company nearby. Highly recommend this company and thank you for providing great service!Take care
Austin H. and Austin Co. did an amazing job. They were able to show up the same I called to install my shower valve. They were nice, didn’t make a mess, and very efficient. I would call them again if/when needed. I cut the access hole in the wall, that wasn’t their doing, so don’t blame them!
Bryan did a great job flushing our Renai system and installing a new kitchen faucet for me. He arrived when scheduled, cleaned up after himself and was very knowledgeable.

Had to have a new AC and heat pump installed, including the duct work. The technicians were very polite, answered all our questions, and were respectful of our space and belongings. It was a lot of work for them to do this in our older house, but they were able to complete all of the work in the time they estimated. Kimble did A+++ work. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
Blake arrived as scheduled and immediately set to work to determine the cause of our 16 year old water heater’s recent leak. Definitely time to replace! He expertly went about preparing the old water heater for removal while awaiting the delivery of the new one. His installation was smoothly and efficiently performed. Knights is fortunate to have Blake on their team.
Paul is amazing! Our office toilet is constantly backing up. He came out on a same day call and fixed our issues quick. He was very nice & explained what we were dealing with in terms we could understand. Would definitely use again and request Paul if possible!
I have had many wonderful encounters with Knights Mechanical. All of the workers I have come in contact with have been very professional and helpful. I have been having issues with my kitchen sink and both of my bath tubs. One worker in particular, Paul, was so helpful and absolutely wonderful when he came to fix my problems. Sadly we weren’t able to fix one bath tub without having to gut it. But he took the measures to make sure that could happen so I wouldn’t have the same issues over again. He got the kitchen sink and other bath tub fixed and even gave me pointers to help me not to continuously have this problem. He was wonderful and very caring and willing to help me in any way he could. I always enjoy when Knights comes out to fix my drains and also my AC unit. You guys have awesome workers that you should be so proud of!!!!

I was very happy with the service your technician Doug provided. It became clear to me very early that Doug was very knowledgeable and skilled. He installed a turn off valve to a water supply line so we could complete the hook up of our new refrigerator. He then helped to move the refrigerator and hook it up. I highly recommend Doug. Daniel S. From Knight's Mechanical is the real MVP. When our system went down after a winter storm Daniel braved the poor road conditions and was here within the hour. He identified the issue and resolved it with a temporary fix within 20 minutes so my little one and I are warm again. He showed me what to be on the lookout for to avoid similar issues in the future with winter weather and scheduled to come back to update our system with a permanent fix asap. I needed preventative maintenance done on my AC unit before the weather gets hotter. The office personnel I spoke with was very friendly and quick to get an appointment on the schedule.
