In 1980 John and Elaine Knight founded Knight's Plumbing. By always treating customers and employees fairly the company has grown from its original staff of only two to now over 150. In 1990 John and Elaine purchased French Mechanical, which had been in business for over 40 years and specialized in heating and air conditioning and sheet metal fabrication, from Addie S. French. In 1994 we combined both Knight's and French Mechanical under one roof and built a 26,000 sq ft shop at our present location 4250 Leitchfield Rd.

In 2002 we continued to grow and opened our second location in Glasgow , Ky. This was an opportunity to offer our services to the businesses and individuals in the southern part of the state. Since then we have also opened






a location in Bowling Green , Ky to service the manufacturing in that area. Also in 2002 we added on to our Elizabethtown location. This 12,000 sq ft addition was built to add our welding fabrication shop. This year in our sheet metal shop we added a new coil line to service our growing needs. We are also expanding our Glasgow location by adding an additional 8,000 sq ft to that facility.

Since the first day we opened our doors Knight's Mechanical has never stopped growing and moving forward. We can attribute our success not only to customer loyalty but also to the skills and abilities of the trained craftsmen that we employ. It goes without saying that here at Knight's Mechanical we have the experience and expertise to service all of your mechanical needs.
